Crispy Parmesan Chicken Legs

It has always been difficult finding things that everyone in my family will eat. I won’t mention names, but there is a certain someone in this house that only eats pasta! I am going to give this a go tonight. The texture of food is very important and the “crispy factor” sounds appealing.

Crispy Parmesan Chicken Legs

Serves 6

12 chicken drumsticks
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt

In a shallow bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat egg until lemon colored. Dip chicken in egg, coating well. Roll in cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until brown.
