Last night, I made these Parmesan crusted potatoes for dinner. I actually put them in the oven for about 25 minutes before dinner, then I put them back in right before serving. They are really good and easy to make.
Parmesan Crusted Potatoes
5 medium potatoes, cut in about 8 wedges each
½ stick butter, melted
¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ tsp paprika
Preheat oven to 425˚.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes. Turn them once after 15 minutes so they don’t burn.
The potatoes should be tender and golden brown.
