Toad in the Hole

Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner….

Holiday leftovers here we go!

Preheat the broiler on high. Grease a little pan. I use my favorite cast iron skillet.

Put leftover stuffing around the edges of the pan. Turn the heat on the stove to medium / high.

Crack an egg into the hole.

Sprinkle with some cheese of your choice.

Pop under the broiler until bubbly.
