Nesquik-Nutella Ice Cream

Guest blogger Jessica from Beauty Marks.  My daughters are obsessed with Nesquik. This would be normal if they weren’t 17 and 15; as they are, it’s just a weird teen obsession. As they say, whatever. So I had some leftover heavy cream and too much milk handy, and improvised and made ice cream. The result was amazing – a smooth yet light frozen treat.

Nesquik-Nutella Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup nonfat milk
8 Tbs (½ cup) Nesquik
4 Tbs Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
1 tsp vanilla

Blend ingredients in blender till smooth – but don’t let the cream whip, as I almost did.

Chill blended mixture until very cold.

Churn in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
