Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon

I served this salmon at a lunch this week with Long Lake Lentil Salad and some baby arugula. SImple and delicious….

Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon

Serves 4

4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 to 8 oz each)
Salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 Tbs (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Generously sprinkle the salmon all over with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the syrup, butter, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon black pepper to make the glaze.

Position a rack in the center of the oven. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle the glaze on the salmon. Roast until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

  1. Looks delicious. Whenever I hear the words maple syrup and salmon I remember the fabulous maple glazed salmon you used to serve as finger food at parties.
